White nut «Biber»

Inspired by the traditional White «Biber» recipe, the White Nut «Biber» was created, an egg pastry with a delicately roasted hazelnut filling. The dough is made with Appenzell butter and Appenzell milk. This delicacy was inspired by the traditional «Landsgmeends-Chrempfli» and is ideal as a sweet snack between meals.
