«Brauquöll» - Visitor centre Appenzeller Bier

Come on in! The door to the new brewing world of Appenzeller Bier at Brauereiplatz is open. Take a look into the brewers' pots on a short tour through the brewhouse and discover the forty or so beer specialities, delicacies made from spent grains and Säntis Malt Whiskys in the new shop. And: taste the new Locher Craft Beers on tap and test your strength. Because the craft beers are not for soft-flavoured taste buds of the watery kind.

Beer tasting for individual visitors
Beer tastings are offered all year round on Thursdays at 10:15 am. (Exception: no tasting on public holidays) Advance booking is not required. The price is CHF 14.00 per person.
Duration: approx. 60 minutes
Group size: Individuals - limited number of participants (minimum age 16 years)
Languages: German (English, French and Italian on request)
