The museum focuses primarily on the Appenzellalpine herdsmen culture, as well as local textile industry. Well, maybe you think this is pretty boring stuff? Not at all! Live activitiesare continuously being offered in the museum: Various types of cheese from the Alpine huts, weaving at a satin stitch loom and embroidery at the manual stitching machine.
